Rees Jones carved Cascata into a canyon above Boulder City, and the theatrics start before the first tee—a 400-foot mountain waterfall literally runs through the clubhouse. Every group gets a forecaddie; every fairway gets a canyon wall.

It's Vegas's trophy round: dynamic pricing means the number moves like a sportsbook line, but shoulder-season and summer-package windows put it within reach.

Down the box canyons

Rees Jones blasted Cascata out of the desert foothills above Boulder City, and it plays how it looks—tee shots dropping into private box canyons, palms and water threaded improbably through the rock. The name is Italian for waterfall; the real one pours down the mountainside and straight through the clubhouse.

Caddie notes
01Use the forecaddie—canyon lines and green reads here aren't guessable on a first visit.
02Elevated tees make everything look shorter than it plays; club to the caddie's number.
03Summer packages from $199 are the value window—hydrate and take the dawn slot.
