Charlotte's is the resort's free nine-hole par-3 course—a David McLay Kidd design from 2000, tucked alongside the Bandon Dunes Practice Center. There's no tee sheet and no green fee: you pull a scorecard and a pencil from a weathered honesty box, check that the flag out front is green, and walk on.
It's pure short-game fun on the same sandy, windblown ground as the big courses: quick to play, easy to loop twice, and a favorite way to end the day or warm up before a round.
