When Austin native and two-time Masters champion Ben Crenshaw teamed with Bill Coore on their Barton Creek course, they leaned on their signature philosophy: the best architect is nature. The result is the shortest of the four at 6,630 yards and a par 71, routed lightly across the oaks and native grasses of the Hill Country.
