Reopening April 2027

The Links at Spanish Bay closed in March 2026 for a ground-up redesign led by Gil Hanse, replacing nearly 40-year-old infrastructure—drainage, irrigation, the whole course—while keeping the dramatic dune site along Monterey Bay.

It reopens April 17, 2027. One thing won't change: the lone bagpiper who has walked the course at sunset every evening since it opened, a Pebble Beach Resorts tradition that isn't going anywhere.
