Rod Whitman built Vignes two years after his own Châteaux, on purpose making it the sharper test of the two—narrower fairways, more severe greens, heather and gorse and juniper crowding in against maritime pines. It's still recognizably Bordeaux, just with the training wheels off.
Five par 5s and three par 3s keep the card varied at a walkable par 71, and Whitman built in real width off the tee—except the width is a trap of its own. Where you land decides the angle in, and the greens don't forgive a guess.
Green fees €75–160 by season; twilight and under-25 rates cut it further. Open year-round.
