The Wedge

Mike Nuzzo's Wedge is an 11-hole par-3 course at 70 to 115 yards, built around huge waste areas and greens with real slope—short, but never simple.

The real design, though, is the lighting: the whole course is lit for play into the evening, with tee times as late as 9pm, year-round. It's less a short course than a reason to stay at Citrus Farms after the sun goes down.

Lights run the length of the course, so a Wedge round doesn't end when the sun does—tee off as late as 9pm, any night of the year, and play a green lit up like a stage instead of squinting through the last of the daylight. It's the one hole-for-hole reason to stick around Citrus Farms after dinner.
