An hour northeast of Denver, the Keiser family found dunes up to ninety feet tall rolling across the high plains—land Bill Coore compares to Sand Hills, the course that started the minimalist era. Rodeo Dunes is Dream Golf's next destination, with a second course by Jim Craig already routed.
Public tee times open May 1, 2027 at $350, walking with caddies, and the sheet is already live. If Sand Valley's trajectory is any guide, year one will be the easiest ticket you'll ever get.
