Deep in the East Texas pineywoods, Dream Golf found the sand it always builds on—and handed it to Tom Doak. Wild Spring Dunes opens to the public September 8, 2026, walking-only, with fall rates from $275 and shoulder-season rounds under $200.
This is the closest true destination-golf build to both Houston and Dallas, and the opening window is booking now. Go early: first-season conditions in the pines, small crowds, and replay rounds at half price.
