tfd.golf makes money three ways: Club membership, concierge planning fees, and—where they exist—affiliate commissions on bookings. We never charge you more because you arrived through us, our editorial opinions aren't for sale, and every price you see here is a research estimate you should confirm before you travel.
Some links to tee times, lodging and other travel services may be affiliate links, meaning tfd.golf earns a commission when you book through them. This never changes what you pay—the price is the same as going direct.
Today, most tee-time links on our course pages point straight to the course's own booking portal, and we earn nothing when you use them. Where an affiliate relationship applies, it's disclosed on the page that carries the link. Affiliate status never influences which courses we cover or what we say about them—no resort has paid for its write-up, its rating, or its place in a recommendation.
Green fees, caddie fees, nightly lodging rates, and trip-cost totals shown on the site and in the app are research estimates gathered from public sources. They move with seasons and demand, and courses change them without telling us. Always confirm current pricing and availability directly with the resort or booking provider before you commit to travel.
Currency conversions use daily reference rates and are provided for convenience only—they are not a quote and won't match your card issuer's rate exactly.
Weather outlooks are estimates built on data from Visual Crossing; forecasts and historical climate patterns are planning aids, not promises about your week. Maps are powered by Mapbox. Drive times are typical estimates and don't account for traffic on the day.
Club is an auto-renewing subscription—monthly or annual—purchased on the web (processed by Stripe, managed through RevenueCat) or in the app (processed by Apple or Google). It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time: on the web from your account page, in the app through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your membership runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Purchases made inside the app are governed by Apple's or Google's store terms, including their refund processes.
A concierge request is held with a $25 refundable deposit, processed by Stripe. A specialist replies with a plan outline and the exact planning fee—same day for Club members, within three business days for everyone else. If you go ahead, the deposit is credited toward that fee. If you decide not to proceed, or we can't take your trip on, the deposit is refunded in full. Concierge planning is a human service: we research, negotiate and assemble; final bookings are confirmed with you before anything is paid on your behalf.
Content you add to a trip—itineraries, messages, poll votes, RSVPs—belongs to you and your group, and is visible to the people invited to that trip. Organizers can remove members and moderate their trip's conversation; anyone can report a message. Keep it lawful and civil—we can remove content or close accounts that abuse the service. How we handle the data itself is covered by our privacy policy.
tfd.golf is an independent publication and planning service. Course, resort and brand names appearing on this site are trademarks of their respective owners; their use here is editorial. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any course or resort we cover unless a page explicitly says so. Photography remains the property of its rights holders.
tfd.golf is a planning tool, not a tour operator: unless you engage our concierge service, your bookings are contracts between you and the course, hotel or airline you book with. We work hard to keep information accurate but provide the site and app "as is," without warranties, and we aren't liable for travel decisions made on estimated prices, weather outlooks, or third-party availability. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
The tfd.golf mobile app is licensed to you, not sold, under the standard app-store license (Apple's Licensed Application EULA on iOS). App accounts are the same accounts as the website—one membership, one login, and account deletion in either place removes both.
If these terms change materially, we'll note it here with a new date. Questions, refund requests, or anything else: concierge@tfd.golf. See also our privacy policy.
